Lol did I say that? You can think about multiple things about the game at once you know.

I’m just asking since it was a major highlight that they made early on when the first set of videos released in the Alpha stage, but now that number has been cut in half. So just wondering what happened to cause such a huge change.

What's with the attitude and sarcasm? I just asked a simple question.The first thing they had promoted was realism, which is why I asked the question. It wasn't lots of people; they said they would add until later on in the development process.

Am I making this up in my head? Years ago when news started coming out about "esbc boxing club" the roster was in the 250 fighter range. Now it's around 70 I think at launch. Did I make that 250 number up in my head or will we be getting dlc periodically like the ufc game?

from what i read online they will bring out fighters at different times of a month

You are not making it up. Things changed which is why a lot of people, mostly the PC early access players who been playing since last year. I'm thinking they started running out of money or something. For a while they were humming along, releasing updates on a regular basis. Then they went radio silent for almost 6 months, no updates at all. Came back with a way much lower number, talking about console version coming this year and fighters being added via DLC instead.

Now some fighters are know they probably can't afford, like Floyd Mayweather, I think he is asking for a million or more dollars for his likeness. Console release most likely will get them the much needed cash flow injection that they need.

I wonder if it is a bug then, because in exhibition they aren't showing up. Where as I know earlier this year and all of last year you clearly saw it and those meters between rounds were getting mostly filled up. Now in between rounds those meters be empty for cuts and swelling.

No attitude, just sarcasm because you said “how come you’re worried about more boxers rather than realistic movement” and implied I don’t care about realistic boxing when I never said anything about it at all. It reminds me of the Twitter meme where someone is talking about apples and someone starts yelling about how they don’t care about oranges .

My question about boxers was just because someone had mentioned there was a small roster and I remember them saying they had 150-200 boxers signed, so was only curious what happened about that since that’s a huge difference from what they have now. I also want realistic boxing, which is why I reading the reviews here since I trust you guys to give an accurate review, unlike the other reviews I’ve been seeing. Based on that, I’ll be waiting for fighters to be released AND more realistic boxing to be fixed.
