Lowest punch % allowed - FNC

What is the lowest punch connection % for your opponent online or off??

The lowest i've held my opponent to is 35% This number represents my lowest online and offline.

Curious to hear what you guys have done, because if you're not EXTREMELY patient; it's pretty much guaranteed to be over 50%.

I've held the CPU to 38% two or three separate times. Every once in awhile I practice defensive tactics and don't throw a single punch for an entire round while trying to be elusive, and despite that I haven't been able to get the CPU under 22%.

Online 39%, but it had to be his first time playing. Just guessing, but on average my opponents are getting anywhere from 45 to 55%. I am averaging about 63 to 68% punches landed.

Also, I have knocked out or decisioned all punch spammers. I have never faced a "perfect block" specialist yet. Most of my opponents throw 100 to 150 punches more than me per fight.

At the moment more so online I am looking forward to playing the story mode; I hope it has branching story paths and isn't to similar to PrizeFighter.

about 48%. No matter if I am fighting Ali and the noob using him is throwing four jabs and missing before I get there it seems connect rate is way too high.

I don't mind if it's like Prizefighter IF it's as well done as Prizefighter's story mode. I think they did a great job with that, just wish it was a little longer. But we know how that goes, no matter how long it is we'll wish it was longer. lol

I just got another 31% including a 24% in the final round.

My punch defense has higher percentage rates when I fight an Ali opponent who wants to mix it up with Tyson. I will tend to mix it up more, but generally it's better to go with 1-2, or 1-2-3 combos. Consecutive punches with the same arm (particularly 3 or more) will wear you out real quick..

Goodness, what am I doing wrong? I just fought a guy online and we landed 72%. Both of us. I keep my gloves up and most of the time I punch from the guard. I consider myself a defensive fighter, countering and picking shots. The only reason I won was my Tyson one-punched his Ali with a powered up hook to the head.

Just held someone to 25%, but it lasted only two rounds because I knocked him out.

I think lag is going to play a big part with online action. Guys might get higher connect % because of it.

I agree! On average I say I hold people to around 40-43%, but if its lower than that they are either a noob or it has to be lag.

I think 34%.

Is anyone else unhappy with the lean/body controls being the same botton? You have to use the lean a lot to lower those connect %, just blocking won't do it. But the problem I have is you can't throw accurately to the head if you are leaning, which leads me to throwing a lot more body punches than I intended to. Anybody else have the same complaint?

Yeah and throwing to the body is murder, because, unlike last year, you set yourself up for a shot to the head. At least last year you could body punch on the move. That one thing is the only area FNR4 is better than FNC so far.

Ok, so how many punches can you take before invisible block meter is wore out? I'm curious. I am getting my percentages down by only taking three of four and backing up to release the button and going back in (I use Tyson mainly). If this is the case it kinda makes it hard to mount a good pressure offense inside.
