WBC President Jose Sulaiman passes away at age 82
RIP, he has certainly done more bad then good for the sport and I am extremely excited for WBC now that he is no longer the President

Honestly, I think that would be the fairest and most appropriate obit, insofar as his "contribution" to boxing is concerned. I can't comment about anything other than that, since I know literally nothing about him outside of that context.
