On PS3 there's a tutorial for that which you can find by searching "My FIGHT NIGHT CHAMPION Boxer Collection". I'm sorry I can't post links, I am new here.

Yes, insert your usb (make sure its xbox formatted) go to system setting on xbox, copy the files there which says boxer roster then paste it in the usb.
