Let's hope so. If we lose to the Chiefs someone is getting fired or losing their starting job....

Week 5

Cowboys (coach) @ Chiefs

DAL 31
KC 17

DAL - KC
Total Off: 266 - 391
Rush Yds: 112 - 055
Pass Yds: 154 - 336
1st Dwns: 011 - 019
Turnovers: 1 (+4) - 5 (-4)

Cowboys
Pass- T. Romo: 8/16, 167 Yds, TD
Rush- M. Barber: 18-56, 2 TD / F. Jones: 10-58
Ctch- R. Williams: 2-89, TD

Chiefs
Pass- M. Cassel: 30/42, 340 Yds, TD, 3 INT
Rush- L. Johnson: 13-39, TD
Ctch- M. Bradley: 8-103

Once again, week 5 turned into a turnover fest. M. Austin ran back the opening KO for a TD, his second of the season. The Dallas D gave up a lot of yards to M. Cassel, most of it between the 20's. Of course M. Cassel's 3 INT's did not help the Chiefs either.

Week 6: BYE
Week 7: Falcons (3-2) @ Cowboys (4-1)

The game was tied 10-10 at the half. Dallas came out and scored 2 touchdowns early. The Falcons moved the ball well, only to come up short with M. Ryan throwing 3 INT's.

Week 9

Cowboys (coach) @ Eagles

DAL 17
PHL 24

DAL - PHL
Total Off: 363 - 352
Rush Yds: 089 - 093
Pass Yds: 274 - 259
1st Dwns: 013 - 014
Turnovers: 1 (-1) - 0 (+1)

Cowboys
Pass- T. Romo: 21/26, 280 Yds, 2 TD, INT
Rush- M. Barber: 19-82
Ctch- S. Hurd: 1-74, TD / P. Crayton: 4-65

Eagles
Pass- D. McNabb: 19/28, 259 Yds, 2 TD
Rush- L. McCoy: 11-52, TD
Ctch- J. Avant: 4-91

This was a hard fought game. Both teams played very even. The INT by Romo did not hurt the Cowboys at all, so no big deal there. The Eagles got the ball with a little more than 8 minutes left in the game and just ran out the clock. Only leaving :40 for the Cowboys to work with and 0 TO's left.

Week 10: Cowboys (6-2) @ Packers (7-1)
