Re: The Career of S Kampfer

A few random things...

I am considering trading Delhomme. His health is at a 72% (H-80, RA-60, LA-79, T-72, RL-78, LL-77). I have played Moore the last 3 games and the last game he did very well (26-28, 291 yrds, 2 TDs, 0 INTs). I beat the Steelers in the last pre-season game 37-10. RB Williams also had a great game, 16 carries, 157 yards, TD. The defense held their starting offense to less than 150 yards in the first half.

I am also considering trading Gamble...could use more draft picks.

I did trade a few players away and for a couple...I will post that info tomorrow.

Also...Rookie HB Stewart has bad legs, RL-64, LL-71, so I am not sure about how much I can play him with a trainer who is a 1!!

So I guess until I upgrade to a Gold membership...I cant get the roster update.
This is why I chose PS3 over XBox, cuz the PSN is FREE!

Anyways, good roster to start with, get a #2 MLB, a ROLB, and upgrade the OL and FS a bit, you'll be fine. Maybe get a franchise QB next year too! BTW, what the **** is that 46 OVR QB doing on your team? He must be the worst player I've ever seen so far.

Re: The Career of S Kampfer

Stewart is injury prone, but he is a great kick returner like Felix Jones... He kinda reminds me of a little Adrian Peterson, can be a beast, but can get injured... Btw, good luck with the team and D.J.Hackett is awesome, if u get in a tight cap he usally will resign for less and he is a very solid reciever...

Re: The Career of S Kampfer

San Diego: The Chargers were shocked by the upstart Carolina Panthers today in a closely fought battle. The Chargers had a 14-6 lead with 2 minutes left in the half, but the Panthers were driving down the field. Facing a 3rd and 2 at the 7, Coach Kampfer went with a QB sneak, but QB Moore fumbled the ball, killing the drive. However, Chargers QB Rivers soon returned the favor, throwing a INT to FS Manning at the 50. The Panthers captialized on the turn-over as they quickly moved into scoring position. HBWilliams took the pitch and ran right for the 3 yard score. The Panthers went for 2 to try and tie the game up, as QB Moore hit Dorsey in the middle of the end zone. The game went to the half tied at 14.

The Panthers opened the 2nd half by going 73 yards for their first lead of the night on a 3 yard pass to RB Stewart for the 21-14 lead. Then the 4th Quarter scoring fest started. San Diego started with Tomlinson running for 7 yards to tie the game again. The Panthers were starting to move the ball again when QB Moore threw a ball in to double coverage that was picked off by Tribble and returned 49 yards for the score. The Panthers tied the score again at 28 with a 5 yard run for RB Dorsey on a pitch. The Panthers took the lead again after MLB Beason hit RB Sproles in the back field, knocking the ball loose, then picking it and running untouched 26 yards for the TD. The Chargers responded and once again the game was tied with 1:23 left. The Panthers moved the ball to the 47 when QB Moore was sacked. Moore hit Muhammad wide open in the middle and he fought his way to the 15 with 6 seconds on the clock as the Panthers took thier last time out. The Chargers had to take a time out as well when the Panthers FG unit came on to the field. Rookie Kicker Serna split the uprights as the clock hit 2 seconds for the 38-35 win!

Re: The Career of S Kampfer

I see you're really trying to beef up the secondary there with all the trades.
Nice win, Muhammad is beast! 15 catchs in one game! And what does "Smith: 109" mean? Oh, and can u post the OVR and POT of the two safties u traded? Although I'm a football fan I did not start watching NFL a lot until this year so I'm not really good with all the names of players.
