2009-10 Divisional Game-Bears 37, Cardinals 17
The Cardinals were actually pretty tough. They ran the ball well and passed a fair amount. They did a good job of defending the pass and shutting down my run game. They even had a considerable pass rush. We scored more points though, so we were the ones to move on. They'll be a team to watch in the future though.

Re: A Bears Dynasty

2009-10 Conference Game-Bears 56, Bucs 14

The Bucs have a reputation for good pass defense, but it wasn't on display in this game. Andre Woodson had absolutely no trouble as he passed for over 500 yards and 6 TDs. I noticed they had backups playing at safety, maybe that was it.

Coach upgrades-HC-Int Dev OL 3, DC-Lrn Dev LB 3, RBC-Int Dev RB 4, DLC-Int Dev DL 4.

Conference:

Patriots 24, Colts 14

The Strong keep Getting Stronger- Jon Gruden quit the Bucs, and they hired Jim Caldwell as their HC. OC Tom Moore retired from the Colts, so they promoted Clyde Christiansen to OC.

Other Coach hires- Seahawks hire DBC John Lynch, Lions hire DLC Dale Jackson.

Re: A Bears Dynasty

2009-10 Super Bowl-Bears 49, Patriots 42

This game was to put it in a word-****. The Patriots surprised me my running nonstop from the start of the game-Maroney had 100 yds rushing by the end of the 1st quarter. Adalius Thomas terrorized Ozzie Jones by forcing 3 fumbles from him. I got a 1 yard TD run late in the 4th that put us 2 TDs ahead with 2 minutes to go. That proved to be pretty important, as Brady hit a 83 yd TD pass in the 2 minute drill. I recovered an onside kick, and it was effectively over.

Coach upgrades-HC- Int Dev RB 3, OC-Lrn Dev RB 3, OLC-Lrn Dev OL 4.

The Patriots fired DBC Dom Capers after the game, I think he ended up a STC. They hired DBC Dan White who's actually one of the better DBC. He has Performance go to 5 and is about as good as Chipper Duncan.

I retained my entire coaching staff.

Pro Bowl-AFC 34, NFC 3

Offseason Cuts-Panthers cut C Olin Kreutz, Ravens cut ROLB Terrell Suggs.

18 Day Countdown

Franchise Tag- Rams- Torry Holt, Broncos- Brandon Marshall.

Season Goal- Acquire a 85+ TE

The FA Period is next.

Seems like you're gonna own the NFC for a while.

I don't expect any trouble within my division in the near future. The NFC East teams have given me some trouble, and may be a problem in the future. New York and Philadelphia are very good, and Hammermill is with Washington.

2010 Draft-Round 1

Ok, I had three areas I wanted to address in this draft-LOLB, TE, and FS. I went for Jermail Rucker at 20, although both Deflippo and Jeff Sosa were tempting. They were both gone at 32 along with Blake Onken, so I picked John Onken at 32. I'll look to move the previous LG to RT.
