2009 Season-Game 15- Bears 45, Packers 35
There must have been a full moon in Green Bay, or Aaron Rogers was lucky for them. I was well on my way to a blowout of the Packers when Culpepper got injured and Rodgers took over. He did throw 2 INT TDs almost immediately, but the Packers really started playing better after that. In any case, we held on and clinched home field through the playoffs. 2009 Season-Game 16-Bears 44, Browns 6
I've got some good news and bad news about this game. First the good- I finished up a undefeated regular season. I always like the commentary you get from the coordinators the 16th game about it. Now the bad-once again, LT Joe Staley got injured the last day of the regular season. Cracked leg bone, gone 3 weeks. No doubt it played a factor in our playoff loss to the Eagles last year, and it might prevent us making the Super Bowl once again. I decided to finish up the Level 3 skills before I raise Performance to 3 with my HC. I went undefeated at 2, so no reason to raise it right away. Injury-LT Joe Staley-cracked leg bone-3 weeks. 2009 Awards
Brandon Marshall beat out Campbell for MVP? With 51 sacks? Hmmm. Well, he did have 2400 yards receiving, and 300 against the Giants, so I'll let this one go. I was pleased Foster managed Defensive Rookie of the Year, also that 74 overall David Vobora made the Pro Bowl. Bears to the Pro Bowl below, followed by the Awards table. 2009 Final Regular Season Standings
3 teams out of the NFC East-it'll be a hard road to the Super Bowl, although the Cowboys were knocked out in the Wild Card round. You have to be bad to go 1-31- I don't think Harbaugh is long for Baltimore. Playoff teams have asterisks next to them.

2009 Chicago Bears Statistics
A much improved year by my defense. I kept up the defensive pressure, and started to see INTs from my defense. Johnson continued his habit of more INTs than TDs, but broke 4000 yards. The offenssive line needs some work however.

2009-10 Season-Divisional Game-Bears 31, Giants 12
I knew this one was over when Urlacher intercepted a Manning pass and returned it for a TD with 2 minutes to go. 24-12 at that point, but the TD put it securely in the W column. Other Divisional Games: Colts 41, Steelers 6 Eagles 24, Bucs O Patriots 31, Titans 7 CU-HC-Int Dev OL 3, OC-Int Dev OL 3, WRC-Playcall 3, DLC-Performance 3. Coach hires: Steelers- hire OC Mike Heimerdinger Titans-Hire OC Pat Morris 49ers-RBB Eric Bieniemy Titans-QBC Larry Widebacker(no one grabbed him as STC, amazing) Dolphins-QBC Josh Looman Lions-OLC Tom Nalen The Eagles are next, followed by Patriots/Colts if I get that far. Lucky me.

2009-10 NFC Conference Game- Bears 26, Eagles 16
It felt really good to end the Eagles Super Bowl hopes this year, after they ended mine last year. I had a 17 point lead shrink to 7 by the 2 minute drill, but a interception by Craig Steltz ended any comeback hopes by the Eagles. Even better, Andy Reid quit the Eagles after the loss. We'll be facing the Patriots in the Super Bowl.
