Baseball is probably UT-Arlington's best sport. They have a number of big leaguers (Hunter Pence, John Lackey, Mark Lowe, soon to be Michael Choice, etc...) and attract some of the better names in the Metroplex. If you're ever back in Arlington, catch a game at Clay Gould Park; it's well worth the low price of admission.

Huge series from Palo Alto coming up this weekend. Could be some of the most entertaining ball all season.

Not knocking UT Arlington cause they played well BUT if we play sloppy like we did against them then Stanford is gonna steam roll us

I went and checked out the Baylor/Texas State game tonight since they played it at the Dell Diamond in round rock (right next to Austin and home of AAA Rangers). I must say how impressed I was with this Baylor team. Man every ball they hit was smashed, Even the outs were well struck. They are gonna very tough this season. Texas State has a pretty good ball club too but baylor cruised to a 5-1 victory.
