Re: Week 7 Discussion (3/28-4/4)

Tulane beat LSU for the first time in the new Box and the first time in Baton Rouge since 2007. The first two innings were the worst I've seen from LSU in all my years watching, and I sat through the Smoke Laval years.

Re: Week 7 Discussion (3/28-4/4)

Beavs came back from 4-0 down to win 5-4 today, won 10-1 yesterday so the series is won. Need to sweep and then the schedule opens up nicely for a few weeks.

Re: Week 7 Discussion (3/28-4/4)

Alex Lange had has worst college start in giving up six runs, but LSU bounced back to make game one interesting at the end before dropping it 8-5. Game two was the exact inverse, with Poche's shutting down Auburn while the offense powered ahead before nearly breaking to an Auburn rally before it was 8-6.

Florida 7, Texas A&M 2, UF wins series
Vanderbilt evens with South Carolina 10-6
Miami takes the series from UNC 7-3
Cal took the series from UCLA 8-2
Mississippi State beat rivals Ole Miss 6-2 to take the series
Pitt drubbed Clemson 15-5 to even it up
Missouri picked up a win vs. Arkansas 8-5
Virginia drew level with NC state 5-3
West Virginia took the series from Oklahoma State 4-3
ECU takes the series from Houston with a 5-1 win
UC Santa Barbara win the second game of their series with Long Beach State 3-1
Georgia Tech and Duke split a resumption and nine inning game 3-2 and 14-13 in 10 innings
