Probably shouldn't be, but I'm a little surprised UNC hired Hubert Davis this soon.

Curious who, if anyone, they may have talked to behind the scenes.

TOUGH sledding replacing Roy Williams.. and still living in Dean Smiths shadow also.

Arizona firing Sean Miller, about a year later than I expected. Not sure they'll make a really splashy hire. The program's really nowhere near the Lute Olson years.

They blew that game to Xavier in the 2017 Sweet 16 and then got torched by Buffalo next year in the 1st round.

Arizona facilities are nice so I would think it’s a pretty desirable job. I enjoyed the week I spent out there 10 years ago.

Arizona hires a 20-year assistant for Gonzaga...it's hard to find anyone around the program or the city who is excited about this hire. It may work out, I have no idea. History of long-time assistants who took this long to get a job however is against him. Only other names really were former players and Pastner realistically is the only one who was probably qualified but there would have been a lot more excitement about him.
