There are about 3 teams I would love to pick to win this region and none of them are the 1 seed ( Michigan, UNC and Gonzaga).

I have a Chalk Sweet 16 so Xavier-Gonzaga and UNC-Michigan with a Gonzaga- Michigan Elite 8 and Michigan coming out. I enjoy rooting for John Beilein teams so I'm not interested in picking against them.

If wasn’t such a homer I could see Gonzaga or UNC coming out of the region. I think Michigan is just playing so well defensively right now and they will keep it going.

If Xavier could play some defense they would get some more love. It seems like they being over looked by everyone.

Providence will give UNC a scare in round 2. South Dakota looks like a 12 over 5 upset against OSU

I've gone back and forth on this region but I see way too many "experts" picking Gonzaga Michigan as the Elite 8 matchup. So I'm back on the UNC bandwagon for a 2nd year in a row.

This region had 4 teams I really liked but not enough spaces for me to keep advancing them all ( UNC, Michigan, Gonzaga, Houston).
