Louisville opens season with a good showing against Miami on the road securing an early ACC win.

Now we don't play anyone of relevance until Western Kentucky on the 29th.

But hopefully in that time we can get Malik Williams, Steven Enoch, and David Johnson completely healthy.

Cole Anthony looked like the real tonight against Notre Dame. All he did was have 34 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists.

Yeah he played really good tonight and to think if the guys were playing a bit better in the first half he could have gotten more assist.

I’m wondering how many times this has happen:

Cincinnati lost to Iowa in the NCAA tournament on Ohio State home floor.

Cincinnati starts the next season at Ohio State on the very same floor that their previous season ended.

It was 2 years ago ( the summer before Penny took the job).

Feel however you want to on the NCAA model but Nike has been running bags for Memphis and Penny.

It is ridiculous that the NCAA can run these investigations and transfer eligibility hearings past the start of the season.
