Re: 2009 Florida Gators Football

Tebow has a new QB coach in Scott Loeffler who came from the NFL.
My only hope is that Florida's season isn't hampered by Tebow's hopes of becoming an NFL quarterback, but knowing him he will put the Gators first.

Re: 2009 Florida Gators Football

Anything less than a championship would be pretty disappointing, honestly. The entire defense comes back and we should be able to replace those 5 guys on offense without much of a problem (minus Percy). I expect Moore and Thompson to take steps in the right direction this year, and if given the chance, I think Debose can be what Percy was his freshman year...not the main option, but one of, if not the most explosive and a guy you look for when you need a big play.

Hopefully we'll have to worry more about losing Urban to ND than whether or not we'll be in the title game.

Have you guys seen this? Some guy has put up a prediction of how the Gators season will pan out, with every game's score predicted.

I will be crushed if we lose Urban to ND.

Old Mississippi winning the West? That's some TBS stuff right there.

I don't really get the Notre Dame stuff. Did Meyer turn down Notre Dame to go to Florida? And now he would want to leave after creating a dynasty built on the back of a player he wouldn't be able to recruit at Notre Dame? Not seeing it

I really don't either, but if he happened to do it, I would not be happy. Honestly, ND is not "the job" anymore.
