It was in for Purdue (Siller flashbacks) and some against OSU last year. But it's being reported that the 3-3-5 is the only defense being practiced this spring. And that scares the s#*& out of me.

I don't mind the 3-3-5 defense at.I'm just glad they have a defense that hopefully they stick with.

They ****ed it up against Purdue because they panicked and installed it during that week. I think it will be slightly better when they're working the whole offseason to put it in.

Yeah, so like I said: hopefully it's better under Robinson.

Re: 2010 Michigan Wolverines

I just read an article that all 3 QB's did very well in one of the spring scrimmages. While I would like to say it's great to have 3 good QB's, I fear this is because of the poor play of defense again. Anyone been keeping up with spring ball?

I have been reading every report posted on The Fort. I think the defense will actually be improved because of there is more talent and depth. I know they will be young but better. I love that Cam Gordon has been switched to defense and he has had a great spring. It was reported yesterday that Vlad Emilien has picked really picked it up since he got back on the field. Thomas Gordon another safety has had a good spring.

BTW: Tuesday`s practice notes said the defense really tore it up on Tuesday. What they have most been impressed about is the speed all over the field.

It will be nice to have 3 good quarterbacks. I really thought that Tate would come into spring and not let go of the job. However he has been really up and down this spring. Denard is getting a lot better and is a threat every time he is back there because of his speed. Devin has really been coming on as practices come to a close. They said he looked good with the 1st team offense at last Saturday`s scrimmage.
