So the owner of the vehicle bought it for Joe McKnight's "girlfriend," even though McKnight has been driving it.

The guy who bought it just happens to own the domain name www.4joemcknight.com

The guy who bought it started a company called USC marketing, but insists it stands for United States China Marketing LOL

This is so common at USC I don't really even care, just thought it was hilarious how this guy thinks he's covering his behind

I wish somebody at the institution would clean these kind of things up. As draconian as the rules are, they are rules and they should be followed without these ridiculous loopholes.
