Probably. Quentin Washington only had one tackle on the year (although he might be trying to beat out Jibreel Black I suppose).

17-18 year old kids love "flash", etc. Oregon is considered a "cool" school by a lot of these kids with the uniforms and style of play. It's starting to show in recruiting.
