Fortunately for Sparty, Michigan isn't in the position to take kids with academic concerns right now. Otherwise their two best commitments would be on Michigan's commitment list instead.

Oh well, guess we'll settle for Monty Madaris.

Florida State is still recruiting him as hard as anyone, but I wouldn't pencil him in quite yet. To anybody. But even those most diehard of Florida State fans would have to consider him a longshot after the Shanks commitment. I know kids say that they aren't afraid of competition, but Florida State is loading up on defensive line commitments.

Mario Edwards
Dante Fowler
Chris Casher
Justin Shanks
Dalvon Stuckey

Though the rumor does appear to be that Stuckey may have some work to do in the classroom and only two of those commits are interior lineman. But who knows, it's July.

I want Darboh. But that may be just because I love his name.

Well damn,

The top rated prospect in the nation, WR Dorial Green-Beckham is in Auburn with his family on an unofficial visit. Zeke Pike and Ricky Parks, both AU commits, are in AU as well. Parks and Pike working on reeling in another big one.
