Well, anything is possible sure, just like Muschamp coaching defense at FSU for free... However, I would bet a lot of money on T-Rob staying. We'd get rid of Durkin before T-Rob. He's too good of a coach and recruiter.

Re: 2014-2015 Coaching Carousel Thread

Bovada released their odds for Florida's next coach:

Mike Gundy: 4/1
Jim McElwain: 9/2
Bob Stoops: 11/2
Dan Mullen: 11/2
Mike Shanahan: 7/1
Rich Rodriguez: 7/1
Steve Spurrier: 8/1
Hugh Freeze: 9/1
Gary Patterson: 12/1
Gus Malzahn: 12/1

The strikethroughs are two who have said no so far (Stoops, Spurrier) and two Florida won't consider (Rodriguez, Mullen).

Mike Shanahan? What's the connection there?

Foley said they're going after someone with NFL experience, who is offensive-minded.

I read Josh McDaniels earlier.

Where did you see that SOS and Stoops said no? And why wouldn't Mullen be considered by Florida?

In addition to what TripleCrown said, he also has ties to Florida as an OC back in the early 80s.

I also think Shanahan recently mentioned that he would love to return to the college game and he enjoyed his time at Florida and would be open to returning there.
