Here’s an idea I’ve seen floating around on Twitter. Thoughts?

I expect more top flight players to opt out of “meaningless” bowl games this year. Why not allow players being redshirted to play in the game without losing that year of eligibility?

Unwatchable for me. Miami gets an easy W in this bowl game because its a home game for them. Miami this year doesn't lose at home.

Well, that's not surprising for teams in this bowl game.

Wisconsin hasn't lost on the road either. So there's that.

There's already talk about allowing players to play a max of 2 games and keep their redshirt, so I think this becomes a rule very soon.
