Yeah, no matter whose side you're on with this Sweeney definitely botched this. The offense doesn't even look all that amazing with Lawrence either. They should've just kept the status quo to be honest.

I don't see Kelly Bryant's decision as being selfish at all. He wants the best chance at playing on Sundays and riding the bench behind a freshman QB is not in his best interests there. It's not like he benched himself. That was Dabo's idea. And Bryant's performance wasn't even bad.

Clemson's screwed.....Lawrence is out the rest of the game.

I get why Lawrence was named the starter, as Clemson looked better on offense with him in...granted, that was when the game was already in hand. Perhaps he looked better than Bryant in practice.

That said....Bryant ain't coming back. Dabo has kindly put himself in a hole here.
