I'd rather not have Lane Kiffin around our program. Outside of 2011, he never has been very successful where he's been. He took a pre-season #1 USC to unranked in 2012 I believe.

Jeff Brohm was asked about the Louisville opening and I like his answer. He didn't jump on a tabletop and beat his chest about there's no way he would ever, ever leave his current situation. I mean, some coaches just think other people can't see right through them. Brohm's comments sounded more realistic. It's refreshing to get hit with some truth rather than lies, damn lies, and then statistics.

Dan Dakich of all people is reporting/tweeting that Jeff Brohm to Louisville is a done deal and will be officially announced on November 26th.

Personally what I think it is, is that Dakich, and everyone that covers college football, know this is the most likely scenario to happen, so he's trying to be the first to report it and will sit back and toot his own horn when/if it happens.

I don't believe that Brohm and UofL have talked nor do I think a deal already in place. Vince Tyra said in his press conference that he wouldn't speak to any of the candidates until the regular season was over. Now we all know that people say one thing and do another, but for whatever reason I believe Tyra.

It's the same thing he did in his reporting of UofL and its championship banner. He broke the news that UofL was going to be stripped of its title and would have to pay an insane amount of money. Well...everyone figured the banner was coming down so that was the most likely scenario to happen, and it did. His breaking news that UofL would pay umptenn millions of dollars in penalties, was false though.
