Re: Week 4 Discussion

I'll be honest, I was rooting for multiple overtimes, I wanted both teams to get over 100, game ending at 5am, total insanity

Re: Week 4 Discussion

They already had over 700 yards of total offense, all they needed was another 80 lol.

Re: Week 4 Discussion

Defense in the Pac-12 reminds me of little league baseball when your team would put all the unathletic kids in the outfield. They just look so lost.

Thought everyone said that about the Big 12?

After watching the first quarter of Michigan ****ting all over itself, the only highlight was Ronnie Bell making a spectacular catch. Once that catch got inexplicably overturned for reasons I still don't understand, if I was was Ronnie Bell I'd transfer to a different universe. A universe where that isn't a catch is a universe I'd rather not live in

Plus I might morph to a parallel universe where Harbaugh is awesome and Michigan doesn't suck!

Re: Week 4 Discussion

Thinking about the UofL/FSU game more, its frustrating that for the 2nd year in a row we were driving down the field, in FSU territory, with a chance to "ice" the game and we throw an interception that ends that drive. Then on the ensuing FSU drive, we have a complete break down on defense where both the safety and the corner on the same side blitz leaving a guy wide open for a touchdown. We then hold FSU a drive later to a field goal which only puts us down 7, but we rough the kicker giving FSU another set of downs from the goal line.

Though, to be fair, we were kept in the game because the FSU kicker had a very bad day.

All in all, with how things started, down 21-0 after 15 minutes of play, our guys fought, never gave up and found a way to not only get into the game, but put themselves in a spot to win. While yesterday's loss is frustrating, its nice to lose games due to circumstance of the game and not because neither the coaching staff nor the kids give a damn about playing.

Off this week and a big home showdown with Boston College.

GO CARDS!

Re: Week 4 Discussion

I'm pretty sure I fell asleep right before UCLA started that amazing comeback.

Wow.
