Yeah, the drops were so bad early, that I even stopped bitching about the officiating. DPJ had 2 early ones. Collins had 1 or 2. As did Black. Erick All didn't, but almost did with the one he juggled. Ronnie Bell's was certainly the most egregious, and I think he had another less noticeable one along with the one he laid out for but couldn't quite grab, but I will look at Shea's completion % with a giant * in this game. I felt like his reads were generally very good aside from a 3-4 play stretch right around that INT.

Speaking of mistakes, Lavert Hill continues to play with fire and get burned. That penalty he got on 3rd and 10 that PSU paid off with a big play TD is just another example. Plus, Harbaugh had a couple of regrettable decisions. Hamler matching up with Metellus deep and Freiermuth matching up with Hudson gave me flashbacks to poor damn Mike McCray trying to cover Saquon Barkley.
