Does a QB draw by the backup, intended to convert a 4th and 1 that ends up going 60 yards, result in a permanent QB change?

That big run has given OU life both on the scoreboard and momentum. They swarmed Texas' offense there.

Doesn't seem like it. They just threw that trick play . A sign in my opinion.

He was touched so you can't rule it that way. Rules don't care about intent.
