I'm down to do a few conferences as long as we can hope to get EVERY conference finished

I'm very interested in getting started on furthering this roster project!

Lindy's just released the 1st Pre-Season College Basketball Mag of the year. It's not always the best, but it gives you some sort of idea of rosters, year, weight, height (Also a little bit about each players game). You can also use the internet but sadly some sites don't have an updated roster yet.

Question: Who's the best player in College Hoops this year & what should he be rated? I'd like to find the best 5-10 players, rate them highest (As All-Americans) - then go down from there.

Lindy's 1st team list: (Not saying I nec. agree)
PG - Aaron Craft - 83?
SG - Isaiah Canaan - 84?
SF - Doug McDermott - (Avg. 22 & 8 much better than I thought) 85?
PF - CJ Leslie - 84
C - Cody Zeller - 86 (many predicting him to be POY)

What do you think about these ratings? Just need a base.... Want to tell difference between stars & avg players.

Also, where do you put freshmen? Noel - 82/83/84? Need some feedback, please!

The Biggest mistake that I feel like people make is overrating freshman and role players in general, I tend to re-rate the players in my rosters more modestly to really make sure that start players make a big impact on the game.

Noel? Shabazz?

I do agree with your take.....However, it's tough to know how freshman will perform. For example, you wouldn't want to rate a Anthony Davis a 78 if miles plumlee is also a 78. I know one was a SR and the other just a freshman but the difference was night and day.

I would have to say that Nerlins Noel should be somewhere between a 76-80 because I think that he will make an Anthony Davis-like impact
