Use the search feature here (or at google) on HORIZON or MODIO on how to get your answers. Would also suggest a youtube tutorial search. It's too lengthy to re-type out here, but the search features are your friend...

All of the Sliders every made for 2k8 are on the Slider Thread. Just use the SEARCH Tabs on the Slider Forum and make it FROM the BEGINNING.
