Howdy! Yes you can download rosters for it but you'll need horizon to add it to your Xbox profile so it's readable to your 360 (There are tutorials here on how to do that). I'm currently editing the rosters for next season the painful, time consuming, and extensive old fashioned way. I listed the order of the processes I'm doing a few posts ago on this thread. I'm halfway done with naming everyone now and after that I'll start getting into the details of each player as best that I can. There was a really good roster one year that Ruud2U that posted but it was out of free space to make any more edits. That's why I'm doing what I'm doing from scratch now. Trying to give us a base to use. Feel free to ask any questions! There's a lot of helpful people here.

Just a quick update. Hopefully if you're reading this you've followed the entire thread but I've had a pretty hectic and crazy week last week so I didn't have as much time to work on the roster naming as I would have liked to. I JUST got through the MAAC teams this afternoon. I'm wondering, do I keep doing it this way or only do the known underclassmen that aren't known to be leaving early and add the known signings as I go along? I'm trying to figure out the most efficient way to do it (editing the old school way, haven't found the proper files in the hex). Also Ruud, if you're doing the PS3 version could you send me your ratings for everyone once you're done?

So there is no current 360 roster file available for download for the 2017-2018 season? Even a partial?

I just wanted to state a few things. You can't actually full scale edit rosters with hex editing. Editors are basically a hex editor with a user-friendly gui. Even with an editor, guys over at NCAA Football forums never use it for roster creation. It doesn't make editing rosters faster, it would more than likely make it slower.

Point being, hex editing isn't used for editing full rosters; it's used for editing specific things. I.e. editing the conferences or coaches so far.

And also, I never discovered a way to view names of players/coaches on the xbox file.

I had a feeling it was going to be a fleeting task. I don't mind putting in the time, just wanted to try to make it faster. Do you know how far off the 360 and PS3 files are though? I would love to be able to change the coaches stats and such.
