There are people viewing this forum every time I visit this site. Somebody will make a new roster I'm sure. And even if they don't, this is by far the best college basketball game there is. The game is most definitely not dead.

An amazing roster creator Ruud2You has also started this project since early this year for PS3, but hasn't released a first version yet. So PS3 guys are very lucky to have this to look forward to. You should reach out to him and maybe combine your efforts with his somehow. (But I did find posts mentioning he likes to edit alone to account for any potential problems during the project.)

He used to make rosters for xbox360 keeping that game alive for a couple years (15& 16 seasons) but his game may have crashed or game gave an error about reaching limit to update data so he could not edit all of the teams. So he has moved on to PS3. Lucky for PS3 guys. And Cardinal is making spreadsheets of every player from ncaa10 to help with roster player data source info on all college basketball rosters. So that's helpful for roster makers of this game.

Update:
Xbox360 rosters stalled past couple years due to an error of reaching a maximum limit to add more edited players to the base roster used from 2014 ..I found posts mentioning it here: (not sure if PS3 will ever have this problem years from now, but all is good today so far).

No, never compatible between different years of college hoops series of games. Each unique sports game year requires it's own roster files whether it's nba, college hoops, NCAA football, nfl madden, etc.

I started making a roster for this year. I don't know how much I'll do, definitely the big east and probably the rest of the at large bid type teams.

I predict that Ruud will not be done until closer to March Madness or mid season around Jan or Feb at best, since he likes simulating/logging plenty of hours of games for the final product to play well tested to be very realistic--he is usually a great perfectionist for this game.

But while you are waiting for Ruud, You may be able to grab mjpj1's roster in a few weeks to a month from now --see his post below.
