Can they be edited so I can remove the headbands? Also do they have names or do they just have a number and if so can that be edited?

no they cant be edited thats the problem

yes they keep whatever names they had in ch2k5 so if you have rosters with real names their real names will be in nba 2k5

I haven't played any college hoops title before, but am leaning toward buying CH2K6, based on all the positive feedback I've seen about 2K5. I have a question about draft classes: Do you have to go through your College season in order to export your draft class to NBA2K, or can it be done at the start. Meaning, can I run Season 1 of College Hoops & NBA2K simultaneously?

The way I understand it to work this year, you have to already have a draft class from CH2K6 saved, and import it at the beginning of your NBA2K6 franchise. I think I read that this is so you can do in-season scouting in NBA2K6. I'm at work or I'd check the game.

I hope the importing feature is fixed this year. It sure has been a buggy feature in this game. One year it would change your players names if they weren't in the database, the next it would give all players headbands. I do like the idea of in-season scouting of my imported draft class, BUT if the game is going to change a bunch of stuff in my draft class file, I won't even bother with it.

If it's like NCAA Football and Madden's importing, the problems lie more with the pro game, not the collegiate game. Meaning, the exported file contains all the correct raw data, but when it's imported, the limitations and bugs of the pro game screw it up. Example, with NCAA Football, your ENTIRE draft class (seniors and anyone that left early) get exported, but Madden only shows certain numbers of the highest rated players at each position when you're scouting and drafting.
