So is it possible to get a fastbreak going off the rebound and outlet pass? One of my few gripes with NBA 2K7 is it's very difficult to fastbreak except off steals.

The game feels Excellent very tight controls. like the post game so far more than nba 2k7. Played Kansas at ohio state and the big fellah is a hand full in there. changed a lot of shots got blocks and hurt is on the offensive boards. I played on all american the level right before HOF and it was a very very good game I lost.

So far I have only played the one game and I am very very impressed I think true to its predacessors you will play this game a LONG LONG time. nothing negative to speak of poped up that first game.

Have you tried the CAT feature yet? If so are the logos changed from last year? Are the uni's still generic? Or can you put the schools name on the jersey and change the color combos?

Got mine just now.


fast breaks are great now.
Low post play is impoved
dribbling animations are somewhat better lookings
crowd is very interactive
colors are a bit off the orangeman arena is very orange
feels like more a team oriented game instead of the showmanship that nba 2k7 and most nba games have even more so now
I loved the playcalling and defensive set-ups on the fly in nba 2k7 in ch 2k7 it's a lil less satisfying very basic analog pad up down stuff not lists or anything


Overall too little time spent I bought this because I originally like nba 2k7 and thought IF they mirrored what nba 2k7 did but with a college atmosphere and a focus on team play they would nail it...and they did.
