Quick ? When Im subbing out people on the court without going into the actual coaching sub menu, some of my players have (COF) by there name, what does that mean?

COFs also increase your team unity more when they're playing.Favorite Teams:
College #1: Michigan Wolverines
College #2: Michigan State Spartans (my alma mater)
College #3: North Carolina Tar Heels
NHL: Detroit Redwings

a follow-up question .. has anyone developed or drafted a player who became a COF? what determines this..? intelligence on the recruit be A+ ? a VERY high offensive AWR? anyone got a COF that wasn't there when they took the team over

a high overall rating and the intelligence/awareness probably help also...Another key factor is experience, if you have a guy that is pretty good rating wise and has started at least 3 years he has a good chance of being a COF.Comment

Yeah I think game experience plays a fairly big role in determining COF's. I have two 3 year starters I think 1 is a 4 year starter and both are in the 80's and have a full bar of experience. I have another 80 on my line-up who is also a SR but has only started this year and his game experience is low so he is not a COF.The Bluest Skies

I had one team a couple of seasons ago that had 6 COF's. It was nice because even when I subbed in my bench 5, they were still 5 bars in Unity.Comment
