I'm in my 2nd year and already increased by charisma to A+, so that I could bring in some good recruits. What ones are the most important to go for next? Thanks

Some people say go for scouting, but I always find an assistant coach for scouting games and I only use the head coach for home visits and phone calls. I'd increase teaching and maybe the defense attributes together. My teams are always poor defensively. I usually leave out discipline, but it can help supply your team a bigger boost when you choose points of emphasis during time outs."We were expecting a miracle with Elite, but instead we got Jesus at halfcourt."

I generally increase attributes that I can use in-game during t.o. situations. I hire assistants who can handle all of the scouting and recruiting once I have set up my target list.F-L-O-R-I-D-A! S-T-A-T-E! Florida State! Florida State! Florida State! Wooooo!Comment

I did charisma then scouting, so i could get the most out of recruiting, then i put up the one that helps players progress better, then discipline, off and def are last on my list, the scores are pretty predecided so i dont botherPSN = Leo202ndcComment

I always raise my charisma up to around a B+ or an A, and then I start to focus on teaching and discipline. I usually just find assistant coaches that are good at scouting and let them handle that.Fan of....
