I asked about this awhile back... It's a weird glitch that occurs when you save. What I do is before I sim a game, save, then manually/auto set the rotations. It's the only bypass imo.

I’ve been playing on a ps2 rom and I haven’t been able to access the page where it lets you allocate minutes to each player. The only thing I’ve been able to change is situational lineups.

Any help here? My starters are playing 7-12 minutes a game and I’m 2-7
