im about to start a closed legacy, and im wondering what are the settings you guys use for the most realistic results, i probably wont be playing any games, just recruiting and managing.

Also how does team unity work and how do you improve it?

Can't really help with the first one, because the sim engine is on crack.

But the second one: Team Unity depends on the amount of experience you have one the floor at any given time. When looking at your team, you can see their Game Experience (bars from 0-6). If a player has at least 4 bars and an average awareness of 80, he will be a coach on floor, which boosts your Team Unity. A high team unity will yield better results when simming, and vice versa.
