Ok I just got the game on PS2 and I read the directions on shooting free throws and i still dont understand it. Can someone help me plese.

Use the analog sticks to align the two red regions to form a circle around the middle of the "ball" meter. Then, press R1 (I think that's it) to shoot the ball when the red circle moving up and down is in the middle of the meter. It should fill in that open space from the two regions you moved together.

It took me a while to master the SEGA FT system...but believe me...after a while you'll almost never miss...

It's easy as long as you aren't on All American. That level is a bear with anyone who has a below average free throw rating. Ok guys listen up,first on the XBOX controller you're going to use the Left and RIGHT triggers to center the two bars that extend to the center of the screen(Basketball icon), you want to position the bars to form a circle holding the triggers, the center is where the ball is white moving up and down the basketball icon,when it passes over the center it turns red you'll want to hit the "A" button to shoot at the center you've located by pressing and holding the Left and right triggers at the same time when the ball turns red at the center point.
