Exporting from CB2K5 to NBA2K5?

The game looks very good and all... but there's one thing I'm concerned about

What about exporting players from this game to NBA 2K5? I know it's been in previous versions but I haven't heard anything about it for this year, and the instruction book for NBA2K5 seems to be lacking the info on it too.

Hopefully if it's in.. it'll work better than previous years

You can import the draft class from the college game this year. When you first start your association you have the option to import draft class from CH05 or not from the assocation slider setting menu. How good it will be is a whole different topic. I doubt the names will be said but I hope the players at least look the same in both games.

I hope so too.. at least it actually WORKED in 2K4(though I skipped NBA/CB last year) from what I heard, unlike in 2K3.. I have an XBox :P

But how well does it work is another story. Like I said, I've seen a distinct lack of information about that feature, so I figured I'd ask I haven't played NBA 2K5 yet.. as I just got it!

Last year when you imported the draft-class they all wore head bands and some of the names changed. The year before the players name and race would change. Being that they are using the same engines for both games you would think they would have it perfected but...

I don't know if importing players to NBA 2K5 would be entirely accurate now due to the increase of players from around the world. Now, if they generated some along with the imported draft class, we got something going here..

Yea, that would be pretty cool , and add high school players too!

I just hope that names don't change and they just don't slap on equipment the exported player doesn't have(like the headbands in the post before this one I quoted). It shouldn't be that hard to do if both games have similar engines... but you never know.

At least NCAA/Madden's good most of the time for exporting. :P If they can do it, ESPN could do it too!
