Maybe for the ps3 but the 360 is not dependent on how hd-dvd does.

you need the hd dvd to watch movies and i think the downloadable content so is it not useful

No you don't need it to either one of those things. You need the hd-dvd drive to watch hd-dvd movies but that's it.

I think MJ23 has so serious issues. He clearly has no idea of what he speaks of, and has done no research to support any of his arguements. Then again he is probably just trying to get a rise out of us all while he sits back in his chair laughing playing his almightly xbox and ps2.

Well it doesn't make much sense to buy a 360 just to have to buy the hd-dvd add on to play hd-dvd's. For the ps3 it makes sense since it's cheaper than a regular blu-ray player.

wtf are talking about.... i own a 360 and wont ever go back to old gen systems... how do i have issues i just said that blu ray is a big part of the ps3 and hd dvd is a big part of the 360 thats it..now fall back
