Intersted in getting the Wii

I cant believe it after i laughed at the wii when it was 1st annouced, I have a 360 and i love it, I was gonna get the ps3 i am a graphic junky(didnt see enough games that i wanted that my xbox didnt have). I have decided to get the wii, after seeing mortal kombat on the wii and just cant wait for other new games. People who have this system how do u like it? what games are good on it?

I love the Wii, it's a great new way to play games. We've discussed it quite a bit in this thread, Official Wii Discussion, and many people have talked about different games and such we enjoy the most. For me, Tony Hawk and Zelda are awesome. I also really like the Need for Speed game.

I just purchased a PS3 for hard core sports gaming and perhaps MG.

But, after giving the Wii no consideration whatsoever, I was swayed by the Wii Official Discussion Thread. So I went out and hunted one down (actually I hunted 5 down, one for me, 4 to sell)

Anyway, as a family system it is fantastic. My wife and daughters and I bowl and play tennis and laugh all the way. They are not gamers. I love watching the girls laugh and have fun. It keeps me from my serious gaming but it's well worth it.

I can't speak to it as a system for just one gamer. I would not have one were it not for the family. But, for the family, it's like bringing back the old days where eveyone sat at the dinner table together.
