Agreed! I can't bad mouth my wife right now though, bacause I'm pretty close to talking her into a PS3. Instead of her usual response of flat out no, this time she looked at the 360 and said "would you actually play another video game machine?" Great that she calls it a machine.

Now I'm the one getting cold feet. Do I really want to spend over $600 on a PS3?

don't you already have your TV running to your receiver already with an optical cable? if so then all you have to do is plug in the HDMI to your tv and you're all set.

well heck my manager said one day she didn't see what the big deal about HD was, come to find out later she had an HD set, an HD comcast box and had still been watching the SDTV channels.

When I bought the DLP last month, I go to my wife look how much better the picture looks than the other TV we had. She turns around and tells me a TV is a TV. LOL! She knows the picture is very nice on the HD channels, but I think she was trying to give me a hard time that day I bought the DLP. Women just amaze sometimes.

We watch our first blue ray movie together a week ago and I am amazed. My wife replies "yeah, it was nice".

my fiance watches law and order a lot, she forgets to watch the HD channels instead of the analog. It makes little to no sense to me.
