Has anyone heard that Sony my pull the plug on PS3?

I stopped in Gamestop, and asked the guy about the PS3, and any possible price drop. He had just read an article. He goes on to say how Sony may just bail out on it, and maybe stick with the PS2!?!

I doubt it's true, but has anyone heard anything?

That's doubtful at best. They put so much money into the PS3, why would they pull out now?

That just sounds like a rumor.

Hearing from a GameStop employee that Sony is considering throwing in the towel is like hearing that Ford is thinking of closing up shop from the kid who pumps your gas...
