I have a router in my home where my laptop is wirelessly connected to it. Will I need to buy anything extra to be able to connect to the XBOX Live service through my router set up? Is it a fairly easy set up?

If you are going to hardwire the 360 to the router, you won't need anything else.

If you are going to run the 360 wirelessly, you'll need the wireless adapter.

You can run an ethernet/crossover cable from your laptop to your 360 and use Internet Connection Sharing if you have Windows. Thats what I do when i'm in my own room instead of in the den where the router is.
