I just bought an Xbox 360 and am trying to connect to Live. Where is the redeem code for the one month free trial?

If memory serves me correctly, it should be on some type of card included with the booklets that came with your system.

actually i think its when you make a new profile, instead of asking if you want a silver or pay for a gold account it will say you have a free month of gold.

it gives it to you when you sign up for gold I believe. I signed up for one month and it didn't bill me until after two months.

It's actually still set on a monthly renewal, which sucks. I need to go ahead and change it to annual.
