Should I buy PS3 or 360?

Not really. Also depends on the games. If the games you like are on both systems then I would go with 360. If you think you'll like the Sony exclusives (if they don't all continue to go multi platform) better than MS exclusives then get the PS3.

Well I personally am a MLB: The Show bandy and am wanting Assassin's Creed. I would be selling my PS2 to help get one as well so it would be nice to still be able to play my PS2 games.

As much as I hate to admit it, God of War III may make me buy a ps3.

xbox 360 is the better buy now. The ps3 pretty much has a game drought until madden in the fall. I'm waiting to see if a price drop is announced this holiday, since we all know the top franchises will eventually come out. Why pay $600 for a console with barely anything now, when you could get a price drop and better games later?

Launch 360 in my house BTW. I know there have been some 360 issues but if you are on your 3rd-4th-5th 360...there's more going on than just a hardware issue... IMO of course.

or some of us are just very unlucky. i take great care of all my electronics, but i guess i don't smother my 360 with the kisses neccessary to keep it running. i'm not knocking the unit because i think it's the better of the two right now, but i'll be damned if they are constructed well. just hop on ebay and see how many broken 360's you see listed. it's damn near as many as the working ones.

ebay really isn't a great place to judge console standing. I mean, by that logic, you could assume wii's are only selling so well so people could put them all on ebay. There's usually 1400 wii's on there at any given time. That's more than the ps3 and usually the 360 as well.
