I thought the same thing about my launch system and RROD last night. As Peter Moore said it's a common problem with these systems that will probably result in everyone dying.

I am going to reserve judgement on which one is better until the PS3 gets up to speed. But right now I play the 360 more because of NCAA.

To me it seems like they just update it all the time instead of just one day a week like PSN. A good site to check for updates is majornelson.com and congrats on your purchase. Send me a request if you like.

I believe that game demos and xbox live arcarde titles usually are updated Tuesday night or early wednesday morning (I think it is early Wednesday morning).

Not sure about other content though.
