That's too bad, I would be furious. I want to get a 360 for the games and football framerate, but it just doesn't seem worth it.

When do these new chips hit the stores?

Sorry to hear that CB, I would be livid. Just wrap it back up in the box and return it.

yeah mine is broke now to but I dont have 3 lights like last time. I called them (INDIA) and they said "@789uauijqhKJJQKNAZJQB ZHJQ81U821EU82EDUD ikJJO8U2E8"
After I realized what she was saying it translated into " MS only covers your 360 fully for 3 years if you have 3 lights, since I have 1 and my warranty is up I owe $99. So now I'm tring to get 3 lights any way possible. This is my 2nd 360 and this is B.S.

I've had mine for about 8 days and pessimistically don't expect it to even make it to the Madden release date, even though its working fine right now. This from some who's consoles and PC's never have issues.
