A random 10% coupon from Best Buy or Target takes the Elite down to $400 + tax. That's tempting considering the hard drive is almost half of that price.

Glad I bought the Premium this weekend. I originally was going to buy a Core and get a hard drive from eBay. The $50 price drop makes Premium a much better deal than the Core. Plus I'll get $50 back from Best Buy to use on Madden instead of $20 had I gone with the Core.

Yeah, the Core is completely worthless in every way now. It probably will be discontinued, like the BB system says.

That Premium is tempting but I want a word on the 65nm chip first. I have a 10% off coupon too so it would cost me $315 + tax.

This price cut is just to throw all there broken stock on us .

I wouldn't buy one until the holiday season .
