XBOX 360 SETTINGS : 1080I or 720p?

If you TV's Native Resolution is 1080i then set your 360 to 1080i.

Damn now this thread has got me thinking. I have a 50' RCA Scenium that supports up to 1080i. I don't know the native resolution. I'm gonna have to do a little research on this. Anyone have any good websites to find this kind of information?

JD, I imagine your TV is a rear projection CRT, and as such the best for your is 1080i. If it's a DLP, then you'll have to check.

If you have the manual just look up the model number...should be an easy Google search. Heck, it's probably listed on the specs page in the manual!

if you are not sure of the native resolution, post the brand and model # and I will check it out. But yeah like Joe said, set it to whatever your tv's native resolution is.

Hey heel, the model number is HD50LPW175 - RCA Scenium. The manual I have covers several models and so it's basically useless. I can't find anything about native resoultion. I've looked it up online, but all I can find are sites selling it and I can't find the info on those sites either.

OK I think I finally found it, it is 1280 x 720, so i assume that's 720p.
