XBOX (first gen) Video Capture

I searched the forums but could not find what I was looking for. Can someone tell me what card they would recommend to capture video from a first gen Xbox to a laptop running XP? I assume you just plug into the laptop card? Is it a seperate card from the laptop video card or I'd have to upgrade my card to one that accepts video? Can anyone provide advice?

Thx,

C

Not only does it have to be a device....it has to be a program that defines what file type it can save it as. I don't know if Win Movie Maker has that. I can only speak to ATI's video products doing this on a desktop. Check over at CNET.com You're basically looking to go from RCA cables in (unless you have the S-Video Xbox cords).

I'm thinking about getting something like this:

http://www.amazon.com/Gamebridge-AVC...=operasport-20

Someone took some video of MLB 2K7 for the 360 and posted it on YouTube and it looked really good. Plus it just uses any USB port, so you wouldn't even really need a capture device. For $16.00, it's probably worth the gamble!
