Taking off auto re-new for XLive

Anyone know how to do this? They just charged me $7.99. I don't want it to auto renew whenever it expires.

Yes, that is the only way. I'd also be sure to get the name of the person you talked to and write down when in case they charge it again.

Also depending how long ago you were charged I'm sure you can get a refund for that $7.99.

Re: Taking off auto re-new for XLive

just let it overdraft your bank and sue them.

Otherwise, you have to call them and chat with an operator. They'll ask you why you're leaving, and what they could do to keep you. The usual BS. I figure they get paid if they persuade you to stay. The only time I did it was on the original xbox, and they were asking me to register my xbox, check the date for the cord recall, all kinds of stuff.

Certainly they could have a website or option through live to do this.

I just checked and it was the 26th. I guess I'll give them a call. I'm not getting off Live but I haven't played in a bit and would rather pay for it when I want it. Instead of having wasted 5 days or whatever it is already.
